We run real companies, on purpose.

Change Course Cleaning and Change Course Auto Detail are for-profit businesses owned by the nonprofit. Leaders work in them, get paid, and learn what a job actually asks of you.

100%

of profits go back into the Change Course program.

Why

Sustainable revenue

Every invoice is a dollar we didn’t have to raise, and it funds our 501(c)(3) mission to alleviate poverty.

Why

Hands-on training

Showing up on time for a real customer teaches what a classroom can’t.

Why

Employment pathways

A paycheck during the program, and a reference that means something after.

Why

Dignity-filled work

Nobody is doing anybody a favor. You hire a crew; they do the job well.
